Son objectif est de mettre son expertise d&rsquo;assistante sociale du travail au service de toutes structures ( associatives, publiques). Soumise au secret professionnel, l&rsquo;accompagnement qu\u2019elle apporte est bas\u00e9 sur une relation de confiance. Elle propose des vacations r\u00e9guli\u00e8res en fonction des besoins<br \/>de ses clients (\u00e0 l\u2019heure, hebdomadaires, mensuelles) ou des interventions ponctuelles.<\/p>\n<p>Sa formation de praticienne certifi\u00e9e en PNL est un atout dans la relation d&rsquo;aide et d&rsquo;accompagnement. Ce qui l\u2019anime, c\u2019est amener chaque personne \u00e0 \u00eatre plus autonome, d&rsquo;effectuer des choix et de prendre des d\u00e9cisions. Dans le souci permanent d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de sa relation avec les autres, elle s\u2019est form\u00e9e aux outils de la communication non<br \/>violente et a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 les concepts de l\u2019analyse transactionnelle dans sa pratique professionnelle.
